Chicken Breast:

  1. Thaw in refrigerator.

  2. Bake at 350° F for 15-20 min.

  3. OR Grill at medium/high heat 3-4 minutes per side until done.

  4.  Cook to an Internal Temperature of 165° F.

Chicken Tenders:

  1. Uncooked - Do not thaw. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Place on baking sheet 1-2" apart
  3. Cook at 350F for 15-20 Mins or until golden brown
  4. Cook to an internal temperature of 165F
