Chicken Breast:
Thaw in refrigerator.
Bake at 350° F for 15-20 min.
OR Grill at medium/high heat 3-4 minutes per side until done.
Cook to an Internal Temperature of 165° F.
Chicken Tenders:
- Uncooked - Do not thaw. Preheat oven to 350F
- Place on baking sheet 1-2" apart
- Cook at 350F for 15-20 Mins or until golden brown
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165F
