3-4 minutes per side for Rare. 120°- 130°F Internal Temperature.
4-5 minutes per side for Medium. 140°-150°F Internal Temperature.
5-7 minutes per side for Well. 160°-170°F Internal Temperature.If steak is 1.5" thick: Cook on High Heat
4-5 minutes per side for Rare. 120°- 130°F Internal Temperature.
5-6 minutes per side for Medium. 140°-150°F Internal Temperature.
