1. THAW. Season beef before grilling. Cook times are based on grilling on direct heat of 450° F - 550° F. These are times per side, and are approximate. Cooking times will vary based on cooking temperature. Check doneness by using a kitchen thermometer.

  2. If steak is 1" thick: Cook on High Heat for 
    3-4 minutes per side for Rare. 120°- 130°F Internal Temperature.
    4-5 minutes per side for Medium. 140°-150°F Internal Temperature.
    5-7 minutes per side for Well. 160°-170°F Internal Temperature.

  3. If steak is 1.5" thick: Cook on High Heat 
    4-5 minutes per side for Rare. 120°- 130°F Internal Temperature.
    5-6 minutes per side for Medium. 140°-150°F Internal Temperature.
    6-8 minutes per side for Well. 160°-170°F Internal Temperature.

  4. If steak is 2" thick: Cook on Medium/High Heat 
    6-8 minutes per side for Rare. 120°- 130°F Internal Temperature.
    8-10 minutes per side for Medium. 140°-150°F Internal Temperature.
    10-12 minutes per side for Well. 160°-170°F Internal Temperature.
