Bone In Pork Chops:

  1. Thaw in refrigerator. 

  2. Season as desired. Grill, broil, or pan fry 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Cook to desired temperature. 

  3. USDA recommends cooking to 160° F internal temperature

Boneless Pork Chops:

  1. Thaw in refrigerator. 

  2. Season as desired. Grill, broil, or pan fry 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Cook to desired temperature. 

  3. USDA recommends cooking to 165° F internal temperature

Pork Loin Blade Steaks:

  1. Thaw in refrigerator. 

  2. Lightly coat with favorite breading and pan fry in oil until golden brown, 

  3. OR Season as desired and grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side. 

  4. USDA recommends cooking to 160° F internal temperature
